Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website saves on your computer. They allow the site to remember things like which browser you’re using and what options you’ve selected, as well as other information like a user ID or session token. Cookies can also be used for tracking people’s movements across the internet.
If you leave a comment on my site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your computer or mobile device. They’re useful because they allow websites to remember things about you, such as:
- Your login details (so that you don’t need to enter them every time you visit)
- The names of pages you’ve visited (so that when one of those pages is requested again, it doesn’t ask for your password).
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Cookies are small files that are sent from the websites visited by users to their computers or mobile devices when they visit them again later. They help websites remember preferences that user had previously set such as language settings or login details so that the next time they revisit that website, they don’t have to reenter these details manually. They also allow advertisers on websites with advertisements using third-party cookies (like Google’s own Doubleclick) which can track users across multiple sites without any additional action required on behalf of either party involved – just like how Google Analytics works!
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
The cookies we use include:
- Login cookies
- Screen options cookies, which allow us to remember your preferences for future visits. This means that when you return to the site and visit content that you haven’t visited before, it will automatically load in your history. You won’t see this happening because there was no cookie set up at all but rather it occurs because the new content has been stored on our servers as part of a ‘screen option’ (ie – “remember me”).
Conclusion
I hope that you feel comfortable with all of this information, especially if you are considering using my site. I would like to end with one last thought: privacy is a complicated issue and it is important to keep in mind that no one company can be trusted with your personal information. At Functionfile, we care about the security of our users’ data because we know how easily it can be compromised. So if there are any questions or concerns about our practices, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly!
