Episode Review
Sui powers up and we get a fun fight between Fel and the griffon. It’s great how our heroes plan to escape the forest and go to another kingdom. The entire forest expedition was fun and gave fans plenty of exciting and rewarding moments to think about. I’m curious to see how strong Sui will be by the end of this series.
Based on Fel’s words, he’s a rare slime with incredible potential. Not only can he deal a huge blow to Mukoda’s team, but he can now provide Fel and Mukoda with recovery options. While this is great from Mukoda’s perspective, it makes the world feel less dangerous in retrospect. Hopefully, later episodes will introduce threats that are too difficult for Fel to defeat on his own.
Otherwise, a lot of people might get sick of the same “weak monster of the week” that the series has to offer. Therefore, introducing some serious obstacles that Feli can’t overcome on his own will add to the show’s drama and challenge.
Overall, this was a nice episode that moved the story forward and developed some of the cast. With about six episodes left, please let us end with a satisfying climax or cliffhanger.
